Welcome to the Bistro classroom at the Iowa Culinary Institute!

Bistro reservations are now available on most dates between 10/22/25 through the fall closing date of 12/5/25.

Make a Bistro Reservation Request

Preference will be given to reservation requests submitted via the online form.

We accept individual requests for up to 8 guests. If your party is larger than 8 people, another person in the same party may submit a separate reservation request and we will approve based on availability. 

Reservations are not finalized until you receive an email confirmation from the ICI Bistro.

We offer classic bistro fare from around the globe, curated and executed by our students and staff. The Bistro is open for lunch most Wednesdays through Fridays, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Cost – $17 per person with your choice of the buffet or the à la carte menu. 

  • Weekly Buffet: Soups, Salads, Entrées, Sides, Dessert, and Beverage
  • Bistro À la Carte Menu: Starter, Entrée, Dessert, and Beverage
