Welcome to the Bistro classroom at the Iowa Culinary Institute!

  • Spring 2026 Bistro is open most Tuesdays through Fridays from February 3 to May 1. Daily hours are 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Availability is subject to change. We are not open on Monday, Saturday, or Sunday.
  • Reservations are required. Preference will be given to requests submitted via the online form.
  • Please note the current reservation request window communicated on the online form.
  • We accept parties of up to 8 guests maximum.
Request a Bistro reservation
  • Cost – $17 per person. Cost includes a starter, entrée, dessert, and beverage. Payment is made in the Bistro.
  • Weekly menus will be available on this website. We offer classic bistro fare from around the globe, curated and executed by our students and staff.
  • There is no buffet offered during the spring semester.
